This seminar is a fast-paced, action-packed way to teach and build
team concepts, leadership skills, conflict resolution and planning
ability than a fast-paced, exciting game of "Capture the Flag". Participants put on camouflage, are formed into teams, and are taught
how to use a paint ball "gun". Then, as a team, they strategize
their "attack" and "defense" strategies, or
"battle plan", and then try to capture the flag of the
opposing team. If you are tagged with a paintball you are eliminated,
and must rest up and wait for the next round. Training sessions,
safety and equipment are mandatory. We have 10 playing fields on
40 acres of wooded terrain that is quite beautiful and breathtaking. |
