Nestled in the woods, our low ropes course uses a series of six
challenging initiates to primarily develop teamwork, interdependence,
and trust in coworkers, and also to secondarily develop personal
problem-solving and decision making abilities. Our high ropes course,
located high in magnificent (and sturdy) trees, also uses six initiatives,
but the primary objective is to develop participants' willingness
to stretch themselves beyond self-perceived limits, set and reach
higher goals, and improve self-confidence. The secondary objective
is to develop interdependence and trust in the support of others. All activities are based on the concept of "challenge by choice",
and are designed to stimulate and motivate. |
